SephBuild Galaxy Herculis Ceiling Mounted Cubicle Series
“Leg Free” Cubicle System that is highly resistant against moisture, chemical corrosion, flame
and vandalism. Offering flexible design with ease of cleaning and environmental friendly that makes
it be widely suitable for any location.
Doors
Made up of 19mm thick compact laminate and
completed with heavy duty gravity self-closing
hinges. Edges will be chamfered without the use
of any metal trimmings. Recommended door
width of 600mm for normal door and 820mm for
ambulant door. Overall Door height of 1980mm,
which are calculated from FFL to top of the door
(Inclusive of 150mm gap from FFL).
Pilasters
All Pilasters are made up of 19mm thick compact
laminate secured and concealed by heavy duty
galvanised hollow section top rail above the false
ceiling for maximum rigidity and support. Minimum
pilaster width recommended at 300mm for centre
pilaster and 150mm for end pilaster. Overall
Pilaster height of 2400mm to 3000mm, which are
calculated from FFL to top of the overhead rail
(Inclusive of 150mm gap from FFL).
Dividing Partitions
Dividing partitions shall be made up of 12mm thick
compact laminate. Secure to both end wall and
pilaster with extruded aluminium u-channel for
stability. Maximum divider width recommended at
1830mm. Overall divider height at 1980mm,
calculated from FFL to top of the divider (Inclusive of
150mm gap from FFL).
Accessories (Optional of Stainless Steel or Nylon Black/Grey/White)
Each cubicle partition comes with the following Stainless Steel accessories:
- Stainless Steel thumbturn lockset (With emergency coin release).
- Heavy duty self closing hinges (Adjustable at fully Close/Open or partially Close/Open position).
- Stainless Steel coat hook w/ rubber stopper
- Stainless Steel 42mm door knob
Fittings
Ceiling mounted cubicles are secured and concealed by
heavy duty galvanised hollow section top rail above the
false ceiling. End panels are secure to wall with heavy
duty extruded aluminium U-channels. Stainless steel
U-channel and powdering options are available upon
request.
